Purchases & Orders
Purchasing on our website is simple and secure:
Browse the items you like.
Select the size and color, then click “Add to Bag”.
Click the shopping bag icon in the top right corner to review your items. After confirming, click “Checkout”.
Fill in your shipping address, select a delivery method, and proceed to the payment page.
Enter your payment information securely. Upon successful payment, a confirmation message will appear on-screen, and you will immediately receive an “Order Confirmation” email.
Within minutes of placing your order successfully, the system will send an “Order Confirmation” email to the address you provided. This email contains your order number and a summary of your purchase. If you do not receive it, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also log into your website account and view the status of all your orders under “My Orders”.
We can only modify the shipping address if your order has not yet entered the production process. As our products are made-to-order, changes cannot be made once manufacturing begins. Please contact our customer service team by email at [Please replace with your customer service email] as soon as possible after order confirmation, providing your order number and the correct new address. We will do our best to assist you.
The billing address is part of the payment authorization verification and cannot be modified after the order is created. Please ensure that the billing address you provide matches the one on file with your payment method (e.g., credit card) for your next purchase.
Shipping & Returns
Yes, we are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. On the checkout page, you can enter your destination country to view available shipping options and calculated costs. Please note that international orders may incur customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
As all our products are handcrafted and made-to-order, the standard lead time from order confirmation to shipment is 30-45 days. Once your item is completed, you will receive a “Shipping Confirmation” email containing the logistics tracking number. The exact shipping date may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the craftsmanship.
Orders are estimated to arrive within 5-10 working days after shipment. The specific delivery time depends on the destination country and customs clearance speed.

We want you to love your purchase. However, because all items are custom-made for you personally, we do not accept returns on custom items unless there is a quality defect.
