1. Final Sale Policy

All products purchased through official JessieQ channels are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects as described in Section 2. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Incorrect sizing
• Color differences due to screen display variations
• Personal preference or change of mind
• Damage caused by improper use or handling

2. Quality Assurance & Defective Items

We conduct strict quality inspections before shipment. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will take responsibility.

Eligible Issues (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery):

• Non-removable factory stains
• Visible tears, seam defects, or loose stitching
• Functional damage (e.g. broken zippers or fasteners)
• Significant color discrepancies compared to product images

Not Considered Defects:

• Natural variations in texture or sheen of fabrics such as silk or cashmere
• Minor loose threads
• Natural creasing caused by fitting
• Subjective perceptions
• Reasonable measurement deviations

3. Resolution Process

Request:

Please email clear photos or videos of the defect along with your order number within 24 hours of receipt to: quality@jessieq.com

Review:

Our quality control team will review your request within 3 business days. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer one of the following solutions:

• Replacement: A new item of the same style and size (subject to availability), or
• Store Credit: A store credit of equal value for future purchases

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and compensation applies only to confirmed manufacturing defects.
